Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Hotel check in time 13:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs .
- Only credit note facility available for refund/ deposit amount.
- All guaranteed reservation cancelled less than 48 hrs prior 6p.m on the day of arrival will be subject to one night retention charge.
- The travel agency voucher and payment must reach the hotel 45 days prior to arrival date.
- No show guests will be charged retention fee for the number of nights reserved and confirmed.
- On festive season rates to be changed.
- Early check-in will be charged one night's room charge & applicable taxes.
- Late check out will be given as per availability and charges as per hotels policy.
- All disputes are subject to varanasi jurisdiction.

- All guest are requested to carry a valid Photo ID card and produce the same at the time of check-in. Acceptable Photo identity documents are : Driving License / Voter identity card / Passport or Aadhaar Card. Company identity card are not considered acceptable documents by the security features. This is the government regulation without which we are not permitted to check-in. We request your cooperation.
